A: 12” long, including the “S”-hook

Q: Do I have to remove the harness from the bottle when changing the water or feed within the bottle?

A: No, to refill your waterer or feeder, simply slide the "S"-hook off of the chain, turn the feeder or drinker assembly right-side up, twist off the base, fill the bottle with the desired feed or water, replace the feeder or drinker base, invert the bottle and base assembly and replace at your desired height above the floor of your brooder box or coop.

Q: How do I adjust my harness if it is tipping after it is installed?

A: The “non-adjustable” harness is the easiest to adjust.  Simply slide the webbing within the S-hook to hang level.

A: To adjust the “adjustable” harness slide the webbing within the S-hook to hang level in one direction.  See Video to hang level in the other direction (“adjustable” harness Installation video).

Q: Where can I purchase a 2-quart small-mouth bottle?

A: To our knowledge, 2-quart small-mouth bottles are not sold on Amazon.  In fact, we have not been able to find any company that currently manufactures this bottle.  However, they can sometimes be purchased at yard/garage sales, consignment stores, or anywhere antique goods can be purchased.

Q: Are these harnesses really built in the U.S.A?

A: Yes.  All of our harnesses are constructed locally in Utah, by a poultry-loving couple and two of their wonderful hard-working children!
